If you've been at an OCCAP conference or meeting in the past few years, you've likely heard about our relationship with YouthERA, an Oregon-based non profit that provides safe & supportive places (called "drops") for youth. Here is a recent news release on what YouthERA does, featuring their founder, Martin Rafferty, and past-president of OCCAP Dr. David Jeffery. 

Executive Committee Member, Dr. Mike Franz, will be serving on Governor Kate Brown's Behavioral Health Advisory Council.
